The Business Journals' analysis last week of the areas of the U.S. where it takes a minimum household income of $100,000 to afford a home also identified 18 ZIP codes nationally where a minimum household income of $1 million is required. Here in south-central Kansas, it's not so bad. That same analysis identified the Wichita-area ZIP codes that are home to the most expensive homes.
